im confused, i have a craving for feeling sad- i think its the love and care i recieve when i get it. But does sadness come from dmons/ evils spirits? because i have been rebuking dmons and evil spirits lately but i had terrible thoughts about potentialy 'wanting' them if they cause sadness?

I have been rebuking demns on the name of Jesus Christ-but I have a question. If I rebuke a dmon in the name of Jesus it will flee, but why then if I feel sad or I get bad thoughts is that just a dmon attacking from the outside or is it in me ? Can people pray for me too please!!!!!!!!!!!
